Komis is a mobile ordering app designed to provide a quick and convenient way for busy users to purchase bakery goods. As the sole product designer, I led the end-to-end design process, from foundational user research and brand identity to a final, user-validated prototype. The project successfully solved key user pain points, resulting in a measurable improvement in usability scores.

Timeline
3 Weeks
In today's fast-paced world, busy professionals and students lack the time for meal prep or waiting in long lines at cafes and bakeries. They need a fast, reliable way to order their favorite food on the go, but existing solutions can be frustrating, with unclear product information and unreliable delivery experiences.
The goal was to design a mobile app for Komis Cakes and Bakes that provides a seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy online ordering experience, from browsing the menu to receiving the delivery.
